3. Putting stuff in place.

This includes fitting the projectors onto the base mount and then placing the mount back in its place inside the headlamp assembly.


I fitted the projectors to the base-mount using tiny bolt-nut pairs that I got from the local hardware shop. I used double nuts on each bolt to make sure things dont loosen up due to vibes later, like a deadlock.

This is how things looked when put together:








Notice how there's a gap openly visible between the projectors in the above picture. We'll see how to take care of that in the next post.
